Owner of " MONARCH ", a CONSULTING ARCHITECTURAL & INTERIOR DESIGN COMPANY. Established his consulting office in the year 1994 at Bhoomika Towers, Bendoorwell , Mangalore. For the last 25 years he has designed many prestigious projects in and around Mangalore. He has received ‘ Outstanding Young Person Award’ in the field of Civil Engineering by Rotary Club. He has also received “Ultratech Award” for Architectural Design.
Rashmi Alankar
The partner in “Asha Infra Developers” & “Pearl Properties” has pursued her B.Sc. in Microbiology. She has also completed Master of Management Science (MMS) from Pune University. She has worked in a few pharmaceutical companies as a Chemist and Microbiologist including GLAXO pharma at Nashik. She has an active interest in the Project as a builder.

Molly Cynthia D’Souza
The Partner in “Pearl Properties” has pursued her Rehabilitation Therapist course in Jan 1993 at KMC Manipal. She Joined KMC Mangalore as Clinical Physiotherapist in March 1993. She has Completed BPT (Bachelor of Physiotherapy) at KMC Mangalore as a Assistant Lecturer in June 2005. She has 20 Years of experience in Physiotherapy. She has an active interest in the field of the Real estate projects.
